Post Valentine Day fun. I remember loving to play with the cellophane from my mom's candy box as a kid! (Before anyone freaks out: Yes, she's our 6th child, but we WERE supervising her with the this so she was in no danger of suffocating at anytime.) :)

A light topic for Sunday Religious Education class! :) What can I say, this group of 8th graders has lots of great questions about the Church's teachings. Death happens to be one they wanted to know more about.

Had a teacher conference for J today. Was brought to tears by the huge progress he is making, especially in writing. School doesn't come easy for him, but he works tremendously hard. So blessed by this little guy!

Fresh lobster anyone? We met some lobster fishermen just back from a five day fishing trip off the coast of San Diego. They brought in 300 pounds of lobster which ends up being a disappointing catch but typical for the end of lobster season.Friday, January 13, 2012
